This may be read and printed using Acrobat Reader. If you are running Netscape or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher as your web browser and you have the Acrobat Reader plug-in loaded, simply follow the directions above. If you want to read it later, hold down the "CTRL" key (Windows users) or "Option" key (Mac users) and the file will download to your local hard drive. PDF files can be read on any computer platform as long as you have a copy of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is free.
